Patient Satisfaction Survey
We believe in developing a good relationship with our patients and providing an exceptional level of patient care. We regularly ask for patient feedback to ensure that we provide the best possible service.
Our annual survey results showed patients have seen improvements in many areas. In addition, where percentages were high in the last survey, we have managed to sustain these levels and standards of service. All patients felt the overall experience, repair & maintenance and cleanliness of the practice was good and 100% of patients felt they were treated with dignity and respect and communicated to clearly. We are incredibly pleased with the results of our patient survey.

Smile Direct Clubs Patients Welcomed At Inspire Dental Southend
Thousands of Smile Direct Club patients have been left devastated by the recent bankruptcy and closure of their aligner provider Smile Direct Club, abandoned mid-way through their treatment with no way to continue or complete their aligner journey.
Here at Inspire Dental Southend, we have patients at the heart of everything we do. We are committed to ensuring our patients are taken care of and well looked after in our care.
We are offering a FREE no obligation consultation with a dentist exclusively for all Smile Direct Club patients so we can help you plan the next steps of your care and aligner journey.

Annual Patient Satisfaction Survey
We want to thank all our patients that took part in our Annual Patient Satisfaction Survey. Your feedback is really important to us as it helps to understand what patients like about our practice and what we need to improve on.
We have seen an increase in patients who found it easier to make their appointments at our practice since last years survey and 100% of patients say they were treated with dignity and respect and would recommend us to their friends and family which is so important to us.
We are so proud of our team who work really hard everyday to deliver the very best care to our patients.

We have closed our doors to Crowstone Dental Centre for the final time after many years at this practice. We now welcome all our patients to our new practice, on London Road, Inspire Dental Southend!
We hope that you will agree that the new premises will serve our patients and staff well.
The new practice was designed with our patients in mind and to make our patients' visit to the dentist as comfortable and as convenient as possible.

World Oral Health Day 2022
The team all got together choosing a national flag and a caption in the native language around oral health, sparking interest to patients and the staff.
In addition, the team are supporting the people of Ukraine by making donations and parcels.

Staff Raise Money For Charity
During December staff participated in a reverse advent calendar for Safe Steps Fundraise | Safe Steps and had fun bringing in the gifts to donate.
Staff also tried something different this year by not sending each other Christmas cards, and managed to raise £46.00 (and save a few trees) which they are donating to MacMillan.
A huge thank you to everyone that got involved!!

Inspire Dental Southend MacMillan sponsored coffee morning for the team is taking part the week starting the 21st October.
The team have taken part in the coffee morning for two years sponsoring one another to bake goodies both savoury and sweet for the staff.
Together they have raised nearly £300.00 for MacMillian!
One of the highlights of the week is who will win STAR BAKER!

Dementia and Alzheimer’s Society Awareness Walk
In support of this great cause, our team at Inspire Dental Southend supported Dementia and Alzheimer’s Society awareness by completing a walk around Chalkwell Park Westcliff-On-Sea.
Inspire Dental Southend was one of the first dental practices in the local area to support the work and resources the Dementia Friends team had developed.
Working together Inspire Dental Southend was awarded with a certificate and nominated to help a promotion by NHS England by offering feedback on how the toolkit and resources has helped patients.
The staff participating in the walk really enjoyed raising awareness in the community and raised £50.00 for the charity.
Children's Fun Day at Inspire Dental Southend
We are hosting a fun information event on Saturday 11th May 11.00am to 1.00pm to support parents with young children with a special appearance by our very own Sparkle, the tooth fairy!
There will be professionals on hand to answer any questions for example " At what age should I start to bring my little one to the dentist?" plus Free goody bag for all children attending including toothbrush, toothpaste, stickers, colouring in sheets and lots more of information hand outs for healthy eating and oral hygiene.
