Dr Farhana graduated from the prestigious King's College London in 2013. Prior to this, she obtained a Bsc in Biomedical Sciences and MSc in Neuroscience.
Having worked at Crowstone Dental since graduating, Sadiyya has treated thousands of patients at the practice. She is an enthusiastic and friendly dentist, providing a relaxed atmosphere for her patients, providing high quality, painless treatment.
Sadiyya enjoys providing aesthetic and cosmetic care, veneers, crowns, tooth whitening and smile designs of the finest quality, having been trained by Aspire Academy. In addition Sadiyya has trained with Avanti Aesthetics in Harley Street which enables her to provide anti-aging treatments (anti wrinkle), dermal and lip fillers.

Dr Rajiv Patel BDS (GKT) MFDS RCS Ed studied dentistry at King's College London. Following graduation in 2011 and enjoying a year in general practice he further expanded his skills to pursue his interest in aesthetic dentistry, providing a range of cosmetic treatments including veneers, crowns, bridges as well as all aspects of general dentistry. Rajiv has gone on to complete further training in endodontics and takes passion in saving any tooth where possible. As one of Inspire Dentals long standing dentists Rajiv has worked in many of our dental practices acquiring a vast variety of skills and experience.

Dr Sidhu is an exceptionally qualified Dental Surgeon (BDS ) with a gentle, caring approach and a special interest in aesthetic dentistry. He is uniquely also a qualified medical Doctor (MBBS) and holds a Physiology degree (BSc, Hons).
Dr Sidhu trained at the prestigious institutions of Kings College London and St. George's University of London and spent several years training and practicing in Medicine and Surgery across multiple specialities prior to finding a passion for Dentistry.
With his experience and thorough understanding of the whole body, patients can rest assured they are in safe hands.
Dr Sidhu is an experienced Clinical Lecturer (PgCert, Distinction) in Medical and Dental Education providing regular postgraduate training for Health Education England. The Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh has awarded him with the Diploma of Membership of the Faculty of Dental Surgery (MFDS). His commitment to excellence has been recognised with regional Best Case Presentation in 2013/14 and he was shortlisted for Best Young Dentist in 2015 for East of England at the Dentistry Awards.
Dr Sidhu believes in treating patients to the highest level in all areas of dentistry. He has undertaken additional comprehensive training in cosmetic and aesthetic restorative dentistry with his highly acclaimed mentor Dr. Chris Orr. He provides cosmetic focused adult straightening of teeth for suitable patients, which can often be possible in a short time span. He is a Digital Smile Design (DSD) member and utilises this and CAD-CAM technology to help plan cases with a minimally invasive approach.
Dr Sidhu is involved in Dental Sleep Medicine and serves on the committee for the British Society of Dental Sleep Medicine. He can safely provide devices to reduce snoring and tooth grinding to enable patients and their partners to have an improved night sleep.
With his commitment to lifelong learning he is developing further skills in Implant Dentistry. He seeks to enable patients to have the smiles they desire with comfort and confidence.
Dr Parmijit Panesar BDS Lond 2005

Since graduating from Barts and the Royal London in 2005, Dr Panesar has been practising within NHS and private dentistry in Romford and Upton Park before joining East Street Dental Practice. She enjoys all aspects of general dentistry, particularly endodontics and paediatrics. Dr Panesar is passionate about helping people achieve healthy, functional and beautiful smiles and is committed to continuing professional development. She is a member of the British Dental Association.

Dr Grace Nowicka-Bobnis qualified in Poland in 1992 and continued her training in Poland and in the UK. Grace enjoys all aspects of general dentistry including cosmetic dentistry and prosthetic work. She loves working with children and managing anxious patients. Grace is active in continuing professional development and regularly attends postgraduate courses.

Dr Maryann Eneje obtained her dental degree from King’s College London, where she won the Ronald Gain Prosthetic Prize Certificate of Merit during her studies. Maryann then went on to complete her foundation training in Essex, where she won the Best Clinical Audit in her scheme. Maryann went on to complete a one year hospital post in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, gaining experience in secondary care before returning to general practice. Maryann has a BSc in Biomedical Sciences and an Associateship of King’s College London.
Maryann has a caring and friendly approach in the chair and strives to ensure that her patients are at ease. She is keen to provide the best quality dentistry and has an interest in general dentistry and cosmetic dentistry. She provides all aspects of general dentistry as well as cosmetic treatments such as whitening, crowns, veneers, smile design and straightening teeth orthodontically with the use of cosmetic Clear Aligners.
Maryann is currently working towards becoming a member of the Royal College of Surgeons as well as completing a postgraduate diploma on restorative and aesthetic dentistry.

Dr Angelos Dimopoulos (DDS) studied dentistry in Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (AUTH) and graduated in 2021. He is a well trained passionate young dentist that always tries to do the best for his patients.
His studies included a three year cycle of clinical experience with patients and the cases he dealt with were from very simple to very demanding. After his graduation, he joined the Greek army for one year with the specialty of dentist.
Angelos always tries to be up to date with any new technique by attending dental conferences so as always to provide the best option to his patients. His passion in dentistry is directly connected with the field of aesthetic and cosmetic.

Dr. Karissa takes pride in providing a positive experience for patients in the dental chair by putting them at ease with her personable and gentle approach. Through this, she has helped her patients to develop life-long positive attitudes towards dental care and have an enjoyable experience at the dentist. Karissa ensures quality in all her treatment she provides which include her special interests in cosmetic whitening, composite fillings/bonding and endodontics.

Tiffany has also carried out research as part of a team at Southend Hospital; ‘improving the provision of mouth care in acute hospital settings’, published in the Nursing Times 2019.
Tiffany is passionate in her mission to spread evidence based knowledge on oral health and enjoys working with patients to help them take control of their oral hygiene. Regular training updates in periodontal disease allows her to give the best advice to get patients on the right path to achieving a healthy smile.

Cathy Connolly qualified from the University of Essex in 2016. Originally from Northern Ireland, Cathy enjoyed her time in Southend and decided to relocate permanently with her husband and two children. Cathy’s enjoys family time with her children and holidays.
Cathy enjoys building patient’ s confidence and giving them back their smile. She has a quiet, calm approach which works well with nervous patients.
Cathy has invested in the Guided Biofilm Therapy (GBT ) treatment and is keen to provide a minimally invasive, pain free periodontal experience. Cathy is an EMS trained GBT practitioner, using the latest state of the art Swiss technology.
The GBT protocol allows Cathy to educate and motivate her patients at each appointment to achieve their optimal oral health at home. Using biofilm discloser, Cathy can show the patients the plaque they are missing followed by an oral health demonstrations before treatment to actively support and engage the patient through their treatment journey. This will help to with enhance their treatment outcomes to have “Oral health Optimisation” and “Stabilisation before Restoration”.
Cathy has also completed the Enlighten Whitening training and can discuss the treatment and arrange a consultation with a dentist for suitability before treatment with herself or the dentist.
